Wild Goat Surf
Set in 1994, in an old Okanagan RV park over the course of a summer, Goat, a ten-year-old girl and Kelly Slater devotee, navigates campground friendships while resolving to become the best surfer in the world…all while living 700 km from the ocean.
“Wild Goat Surf” is a character driven, coming-of-age story exploring the themes of parental loss, the power of friendship, and how our childhood’s shape our future. WGS is influenced by films such as "Boy", "Moonrise Kingdom", and "The Florida Project".
