Hafford Park is an ensemble drama that interweaves the subtle dramas, desires, loves, loss and lives of two finely connected groups of people living around inner city “Hafford Park”: a group from the present and a group from the past. Both are connected only by their proximity to shared “Hafford Park”, now, and a hundred years ago. Shot documentary style but a narrative fiction, this is NOT a soap-melodrama genre, but a subtle fictional examination of real life without forced plot. We dramatically examine how Hafford Park was and is the matrix and focal point between the two time frames; between peoples connected by the intermingling of the past and present with shared and similar life journeys, a hundred years apart.
